How to register?

Many of our customers from Germany we have already registered in our shop as retailers. To register you need the e-mail address with which you are listed in our database. The password is your customer number. After the first login we recommend to change the password. If you do not know the e-mail address or your customer number, you are welcome to contact us. We will be glad to send you your access data.

How to log in with existing and known access data:

  1. Click on the "My account" icon in the upper right corner. Alternatively you can also reach us via this link:
  2. In the left column "I am already a customer", enter your e-mail address in the input field "Your e-mail address".
  3. Enter your Viva Decor customer number in the input field "Your password".
  4. Click on the "Login" button.

Login with existing account

If your login does not work, it could be because you do not yet exist as a customer in the shop database. You can then create yourself a new acoount. In this case you decide with which e-mail address and which password you want to log in. If you have never ordered from us before, you should upload a copy of your business registration and enter your VAT number.

How to register as a new (retailer) customer in our shop:

  1. Click on the "My account" icon in the upper right corner. Alternatively you can also reach us via this link:
  2. Fill in all form fields in the right column under "I'm a new customer". All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. Here you can choose the e-mail address and password you want to use for your login.
  3. Upload your business registration if you have never ordered anything from us before.
  4. Accept the data protection declaration you have read by placing a tick in the checkbox.
  5. Click on the "Continue" button to complete the registration.

Neuanmeldung als Händler

As soon as the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the renewed request to send us a business registration. You can do this now or ignore the message if we already have your business licence. We will now compare your data with the data in our database and then activate you as a retailer. You will be informed about your activation by e-mail.
