Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Portugal.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs from 40€ purchase value, otherwise 5,95€.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:

Sweden: up to 10 kg = 25,00 € over 10 kg bis 20 kg = 50,00 € over 20 bis 30 kg = 75,00 €	Poland: up to 5 kg = 17,00 € over 5 kg bis 10 kg = 20,70 € over 10 bis 20 kg = 39,40 € over 20 bis 30 kg = 58,10 €
Belgium: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg bis 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 bis 30 kg = 35,40 €	France: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg bis 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 bis 30 kg = 35,40 €
Netherlands: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg to 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 to 30 kg = 35,40 €	Austria: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg to 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 to 30 kg = 35,40 €
Italy: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg to 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 to 30 kg = 35,40 €	Spain: up to 10 kg = 11,80 € over 10 kg to 20 kg = 23,60 € over 20 to 30 kg = 35,40 €
Denmark: up to 5 kg = 17,00 € over 5 kg to 10 kg = 20,70 € over 10 to 20 kg = 39,40 € over 20 to 30 kg = 58,10 €	Slovakia: up to 5 kg = 17,80 € over 5 kg to 10 kg = 22,10 € over 10 to 20 kg = 42,20 € over 20 to 30 kg = 62,30 €
Czech republic: up to 5 kg = 17,00 € over 5 kg to 10 kg = 20,70 € over 10 to 20 kg = 39,40 € over 20 to 30 kg = 58,10 €	Portugal: up to 5 kg = 19,20 € over 5 kg to 10 kg = 24,60 € over 10 to 20 kg = 47,10 € over 20 to 30 kg = 69,60 €
Ungarn: up to 5 kg = 17,80 € over 5 kg to 10 kg = 22,10 € over 10 to 20 kg = 42,20 € over 20 to 30 kg = 62,30 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
