Hühner aus Beton zum Kneten

Material:

Zusätzliche Materialien:

• Wasser (Menge nach Angabe, siehe Beton-Etikett), Schutzhandschuhe, Waage, Anrührschüssel, Styropor-Eier, Keks-Ausstechförmchen in Blütenform, Holzstäbchen

Additional materials:

•  Water (quantity as specified, see concrete label), protective gloves, scales, mixing bowl, polystyrene eggs, flower-shaped cookie cutters, wooden sticks.

Anleitung freihand / Free application:

1. [DE] Mischen Sie den Beton zum Kneten nach Anleitung (siehe Beton-Etikett) und ummanteln sie damit  großzügig das Styroporei (ca. 8mm). Lassen Sie am unteren Teil eine Standfläche.
   [EN]  Mix the concrete for kneading according to the instructions (see concrete label) and generously coat the polystyrene egg (approx. 8 mm) with it. Leave a standing area at the bottom.

2. [DE]  Rollen Sie eine Fläche ca. 6 - 8 mm dick aus und stechen je Hühnchen drei "Blüten" mit der Keksausstechform aus.
   [EN]  Roll out a surface approx. 6 - 8 mm thick and cut out three "flowers" per chicken using the cookie cutter.

3. [DE]  Teilen Sie eine in zwei gleiche Teile für den Kamm und die Schwanzfelder.
   [EN]  Divide one into two equal parts for the crest and the tail sections.

4. [DE]  Drücken Sie diese Teile auf die noch feuchte Betonkugel fest au.
   [EN]  Press these parts firmly onto the still damp concrete ball.

5. [DE]  Teilen Sie die 2 restlichen Blüten für die beiden Flügel laut Skizze ab.
   [EN]  Press these parts firmly onto the still damp concrete ball.

6. [DE]  Drücken Sie diese ebenfalls fest auf die Kugel auf. Nach vorne hin können Sie die Flügel mit dem Körper verlaufen lassen.
   [EN]  Cut the 2 remaining flowers for the two wings according to the sketch.

7. [DE]  Der Schnabel wird aus zwei kleinen frei  Hand geformten Elementen erstellt.
   [EN]  Press these firmly onto the sphere as well. You can let the wings run with the body towards the front.

8. [DE]  Nachdem alles gut getrocknet ist (mind. 12 Std.) malen Sie nun mit der (vorab gut aufgeschüttelten) Lasur Augen auf.
   [EN]  After everything has dried well (at least 12 hours), paint on the eyes with the glaze (shaken up well beforehand).

9. [DE]  Mit dem lasurgetränkten Schwämmchen färben Sie die aufgesetzten Teile leicht nach.
   [EN]  Use the glaze-soaked sponge to lightly color the attached partsl.
